COSMOS standards for organic and/or natural cosmetics

LAUS could support you with Biodegradability testing to meet the COSMOS requirements and definitions for organic and/or natural cosmetics. For chemically processed agro-ingredients the accepted methods and criteria for biodegradability are:

- OECD 301A, percentage of degradation > 70%

- OECD 301B, OECD 301D, OECD 301F or OECD 310 meet a percentage degradation > 60%
