Our Quality Assurance System

LAUS GmbH uses state-of-the-art equipment for scientifically advanced studies. Examinations which we don’t perform ourselves are passed on to accreditated and/or certified partners only.

Our quality assurance system was developed and established by ourselves, ensuring timely updates, continuity and transparency. Participation in international meetings and workshops for quality assurance are self-evident for us.

GLP – Good Laboratory Practice

Our testing facility is certified for the following test categories:

  Studies for the determination of physico-chemical properties and analysis of active ingredient
• Category 3
  Studies for the determination of mutagenic and carcinogenic properties (in vitro and in vivo)

  Ecotoxicological studies for the determination of the impact on aquatic and terrestric organisms

  Studies for the determination of the behaviour in soil, water and air, bioaccumulation and metabolism studies

Safety classification S1

Our laboratory has the safety classification S1 under the regulation of the Genetic technology safety regulation - GenTSV.

Innovative through research

BSFZ label from the Federal Ministry for Research, Technology and Space

LAUS actively participates in innovation and research projects aimed at strengthening Germany's economic position. We are eligible for funding through the research allowance from the Federal Ministry for Research, Technology and Space and recently received the BSFZ label of approval from the Research Allowance Certification Authority.

Crédit Impôt Recherche (CIR)

Furthermore, LAUS has access to Crédit Impôt Recherche (CIR), a tax credit for research under a French government program that promotes research and development activities in companies. Our customers in France can benefit from this tax credit.
