Update: New Temporary Registration Requirements for Chemical Manufacturers and Importers

The implementation of KKDIK (Turkey REACH) has entered a new phase. Following the regulatory update published in March 2026, all companies manufacturing or importing chemical substances into Türkiye must obtain at least a provisional (temporary) registration number by 30 September 2026. A pre-registration alone is no longer sufficient to maintain market access, regardless of tonnage. Find more information here.
