Türkiye REACH (also KKDIK) became effective on December 23, 2017. A draft regulation issued by Türkiye’s Ministry of Urbanization and Climate Change (MoEUCC) has been submitted to NGOs on 14 Nov. 2023 regarding a deadline extension for registrations of substances manufactured or imported according to their tonnage and hazard potential:

31 Dec 2026	All substances >1.000 t/a
	>100 t/a within the Aquatic Acute 1 and Aquatic Chronic 1 Category (H400, H410) acc. to CLP
	1 t/a within the Carcinogenic, Mutagenic, and Reprotoxic Category 1A and 1B acc. to CLP
31 Dec 2028	All other substances >100 t/a
31 Dec 2030	All other substances >1 t/a
