In vitro Skin Sensitisation

For the evaluation of skin sensitization we offer three non-animal test methods:

• In Chemico: Direct Peptide Reactivity Assay (DPRA), OECD 442C
• In Vitro: KeratinoSens - ARE-Nrf2 Luciferase Test Method, OECD 442D and
• In Vitro: h-CLAT (human Cell Line Activation Test), OECD 442E

LAUS study directors are very experienced, even with not so easy to test substances like nanomaterials, and we offer advice regarding feasibility. Moreover, we have a network for the assessment of Hazard Potential Identification (skin sensitiser / non-sensitiser) and GHS Classification into Potency subcategories 1A and 1B (H317) acc. to OECD 497.
