OECD 104: How low can you go? Down to 10⁻¹⁰ Pa
At LAUS, we perform GLP-compliant vapour pressure testing according to OECD 104 – including the determination of very low vapour pressures down to 10⁻¹⁰ Pa.
Using the Knudsen Cell / Effusion Method, even substances with extremely low volatility can be investigated.
Depending on the properties of the test item, we also apply the Static Method for higher vapour pressure ranges.
Our experience includes pure substances, mixtures and UVCBs – with the appropriate method selected based on the characteristics of the test item.
